すでに今年何度目かの新年会．
今回は地元のとある集まりでの新年会だったのだが，運営側の立場だったのでちょっと大変．といってもうろうろしていただけ，という話もあるのだが．
諸事情で低予算だったので，ほとんど食べられないかと思いきや，予想外に食べ物も飲み物も余るという事態．よろこんでたくさん食べてしまった．
そして…またしても…帰宅して，体重計に乗って，深く反省．

I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your
head before writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure
out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
